Orlando Christmas Mini Sessions 2026 at The Brand Studio

Yes! Please aim to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This gives you plenty of time to park, fix hair, straighten outfits, get the kids settled, and make sure everyone is completely ready to photograph when your session begins.

Once you arrive, please remain in your car or outside the studio until about five minutes before your appointment. There is no waiting room at The Brand Studio. The entrance opens directly into the photography space, so coming inside early may interrupt the family whose session is immediately before yours.

You'll usually see the previous family leaving as I finish their appointment. Please wait until I open the studio door for you, and then you're up!

Because Holiday Minis are scheduled back-to-back, arriving early and being ready to go helps us use every minute of your 15-minute session. If you arrive late, your session will still end at its originally scheduled time so the appointments following yours can stay on schedule.

Each Holiday Mini Session is 15 minutes. It’s enough time to create a great variety of photographs without asking kids, pets, or adults to smile at me for an hour.

Holiday Mini Sessions are $225 per appointment and include 15 to 25 high-resolution edited images delivered through a private online gallery.

Your finished gallery will be delivered within one week of your session, giving you plenty of time to order Christmas cards, prints, and holiday gifts.

All 2026 Holiday Mini Sessions take place at The Brand Studio in Longwood, Florida, just north of Orlando. The studio is fully decorated for Christmas with multiple holiday setups.

Sessions are available on Sunday, November 8, Sunday, November 22, and Sunday, November 29, 2026. There are 24 appointments available each day and only 72 appointments total for the season.

Each 15-minute session can include up to six people. If you have a group larger than six, please book two back-to-back appointments so we have enough time for everyone.

No. Each appointment is $225, including back-to-back sessions. Two consecutive sessions would give you 30 minutes of photography time and would be $450 total.

Yes! Pets are welcome. Please bring treats or a favorite toy if you think it will help get their attention during our quick session.

Yes. The Brand Studio has multiple styled holiday sets, and we’ll use the available setups to create as much variety as possible during your 15-minute session.

You’ll receive approximately 15 to 25 fully edited, high-resolution images in your private online gallery.

No. Your edited high-resolution digital images are included in the $225 session price. There is no separate image purchase required afterward.

Yes. Your session includes personal printing and usage rights, so you can use your images for Christmas cards, prints, gifts, ornaments, social media, and other personal uses.

Yes! Your online gallery includes a professional print shop where you can order holiday cards, prints, magnets, keychains, and other photo gifts and keepsakes directly from your finished images. Purchasing through the gallery is completely optional, but it's an easy way to turn your Holiday Mini photos into Christmas cards and gifts without uploading your images somewhere else.

You don’t need to match everyone exactly. Coordinating colors and textures usually photograph beautifully. For the 2026 sets, evergreen, navy, tartan, cream, ivory, camel, warm brown, champagne gold, black, and soft neutrals will all work well.

Absolutely, if that feels like your family. You can dress up, keep it cozy, wear matching pajamas, or go somewhere in between. I’d rather your photographs look like you than like everyone followed the same Pinterest outfit guide.

That’s okay! I photograph families and children regularly. We’ll keep things moving, play, interact, and work with what your child gives us rather than expecting perfect smiles for 15 straight minutes.

Please plan to arrive early and be completely ready to photograph at your scheduled appointment time. Holiday Minis are booked back-to-back, so your session will still end at its originally scheduled ending time if you arrive late. Unfortunately, I cannot extend your session into the next family’s appointment.

If you or someone in your family wakes up sick, please stay home. Your appointment may be transferred one time to an available appointment on a later 2026 Holiday Mini date. Transfers are subject to availability, and a specific replacement time cannot be guaranteed.

Because November 29 is the final Holiday Mini date of the season, appointments scheduled for November 29 cannot be transferred to a later Holiday Mini date.

Holiday Mini Sessions are non-refundable. When you reserve an appointment, that specific date and time is removed from the limited number of sessions available to other families. Because there are only 72 appointments for the entire season, I maintain a strict no-refund policy.

If illness prevents you from attending, the one-time transfer policy above applies when a later 2026 Holiday Mini appointment is still available.

Your appointment should be considered a commitment to the date and time you select when booking. The one-time transfer accommodation is intended for unexpected illness, not general scheduling changes. Please double-check your calendar before reserving your session.

Absolutely, as long as your group stays within the six-person session limit. Holiday Minis can include immediate family, grandparents and grandchildren, couples, friends, or whatever your version of family looks like.

Yes, they have historically sold out. There are only 72 appointments available for 2026, with 24 appointments on each of the three dates. Once a date is full, it will close.

Choose your preferred date and available appointment time through the online booking calendar. Please choose carefully because your reservation holds one of the limited appointments for that date.
